East Village, San Diego, CA / Torrey Pine, Olive, Eucalyptus, Redwood. Built around sustainability.
We created a Torrey Pine bar as the centerpiece, supported by an olive table and a large outdoor Eucalyptus table that became a key visual feature for the brand.
To solve design constraints around cold storage, we introduced shou sugi ban redwood paneling—charred black, functional, and visually cohesive. The result is a layered space where each material serves both aesthetic and practical purposes.
East Village Brew was built by founders who valued sustainability and local sourcing from the beginning. That alignment made the collaboration natural.
